Etched Zinc Pricing

Pricing is based on square inches (there is no price-per-certain-size schedules), with imagery another consideration. Prices below includes square corners and edges, Satin Finish. Round or oval, use next squared off size. Add: 10% for beveled edge, 10% for raised text. Add: 40% to polish face. For 3/8" & 1/2" thick, email for quote.

Add $30.00 per custom color; $115 art charge for each halftone or line art addition. Add $199 if you want us to create line art from your photograph. Minimum vector art charge (if you don't possess it) is $25. Art charges also apply for any necessary art cleanup. Prices are for single-color; multi-color infills cost more. Maximum size etched bronze plaque is 36" x 72". Minimum total order $200. Prices are negotiable for multiple or large plaque orders.

NOTE: Zinc is a relatively new offered material for etched plaques. It's less expensive than Bronze Brass Copper Stainless Steel and Aluminum and offers:
Bronzetone: An alternative to Commercial Bronze: The raised areas are colored to a light bronze after the plaque is painted & satin finished.
Brasstone: An alternative to Yellow Brass, the raised areas of etched zinc are colored to a light brass color after the plaque is painted & satin finished.
The Bronzetone and Brasstone coloring simulates real Brass & Bronze. Most applications look just like a cast bronze or brass plaque with raised lettering and dark, recessed background, particularly as zinc etches deeper than the other metals.
