distinguished look and permanence of real cast bronze or aluminum. We
distribute plaques from the

Cast aluminum & bronze plaques are made by pouring molten metal into
sand molds. When you hear "All cast plaques are of
the same quality because the process is the same",
correct them. Notice the fine detail in even the recessed
text of the below offerings,

Special shapes and colors, including multiple, will never be an

All plaques are made using
technology that turns creative
ideas into
handsome cast bronze and aluminum plaques. Letter
styles, logos and custom artwork options are virtually limitless.
Sizing: Minimum
cast letter size: As small as 1/4" ALL CAPS & 3/8" c/lc. Count
the number of
characters including spaces and divide by 4, providing typical plaque size
in square inches. E.G.: 400 characters divided by 4 is 100 sq.". This
allows for common design features.
Background textures are leatherette,
stipple, matte or pebble. Standard background colors are dark oxide
(mid-way between dark brown and black) for bronze plaques and black for
aluminum plaques. Backgrounds can also be painted any color. The vast
majority of raised surfaces are satin finished (with polished as an
expensive anomaly). Logos can be added at no
extra charge if computer disk file or camera ready
artwork is
provided. Small art charge for SL&P having vector art created from your
raster file.
Imagery options are varied. They
include Bas reliefs, Flat reliefs, Etched halftone portraits,
PictureRelief portraits and MetalPhotos. Be sure to visit

Materials: Bronze, Brass (add 50% over Bronze) &
Aluminum.
Normal Turnaround:
3 weeks to ship single-color flat relief plaques
after production art approvals. Multi-color plaques take five.
Expedition: 10 Working Days: Add 25% Rush. 5 Working
Days: Add 50% Rush. It's also very unlikely you'll find a
better Expedition program price.

little like it on the internet. It appears to be a cast bas
relief plaque with antique finish. Instead, it's a PictureRelief plaque, created with
vector art (production line art), instead of a photograph, as is the
norm for PictureCast plaques.

Roadside Markers/Historical Plaques
Roadside Markers are
freestanding plaques with an integral post cap mount or
inside-the-pole device. Offered in virtually any shape & size.
Can be rectangular, square or have a rounded, contoured top. Add
maps, pictures, diagrams etc. to tell your story.
A decorative flange is
cast integrally at plaque base and mounts onto or into round post.
Minimum plaque width: 12". This 36" x 24" cast bronze features a
cast-attachment building portrayal.
Donor Recognition/In Memoriam
Add-on Nameplate Cast
Bronze Plaques
Names are cast on grooved
background plate, simulating individual nameplates,
done to save money when you already know some donor names. These
resemble those you add later as separate plates.
Truly Removable Add-on Nameplates: Names are cast on separate
